Birthday cakes can be such fun for children and adults alike.

Sponge and chocolate cakes, the most popular choice for children parties, make an ideal base for creative shapes like Climbing Wall, Wigwam, Spider-Man's Car, The Cow.

Sugar paste and marzipan modelling has always been my passion and I love taking on new challenges. Whether they are the all time children's favourites like Thomas the Tank Engine, Teletubbies, Angelina Ballerina or more modern ones like Charlie and Lola and Shaun the Sheep I will always research the subject carefully and pay attention to the last detail.

For adults, we can design cakes for hobbies, pastimes such as golf or painting, flowers, favourite places, film characters, pets and so on.

I believe that a cake made with the celebrant in mind will be much appreciated and will add a special touch to any party.
