Moist and indulgent hazelnut sponge cake filled with Nutella buttercream is proving a real hit with our customers. Since its introduction a couple of weeks ago, several brides have already included it in their wedding cake. It is that good!
Cakes with sugar flowers seem to be this year’s must have. Wedding, anniversary and birthday cakes have all been blooming with variety of roses, hydrangeas, sweet peas, peonies and many different kinds of blossom and greenery. This has been one of my favourite trends and long may it continue.
